I’ve ported this mod to ATS from ETS 2. I will try to keep it up to date with future patches.
This mod changes the sound of the rain for better immersion and also how raindrops act on the windshield. The number of drops, splash scale, lifetime, adhesion factor etc. are changed from vanilla game making harder to see forward and sideways when it’s raining, especially if you are not using the wipers.

How to install this mod (Full installation guide)
- Download and extract the mod. File extension should be .scs (ModsHost download guide).
- Find the mods folder on your computer
- Windows – /Documents/American Truck Simulator/mod
- Copy the downloaded file to your Mods folder
- Launch the game and enjoy your mod!
