V8 engine open pipe sound mod for RJL “RS,R4,T,T4”, Scania R&Streamline SCS, Fred’s Scania.

Remove definitions of the Scania 2016 series.

The sound mod has been rebuild from scratch with new samples and with FMod for patch 1.38+
