For Installation copy both scs files to your mod directory
Copy the gearbox layout to your game profile.

This Mod Contains 4 SCS Files:
The ones with skins are editable.
The Other Ones Contains The Models And Other Stuff And Are Locked!
You have to enable this mod in your mod manager.
